Avoid this place at all cost. It’s basically a scam ring. They sold us a $14,000 fireplace that broke after 2 years and now they are charging us $550 just to come look at it because the warranty was only for 2 years. They can’t even guarantee they’ll fix it and any broken parts, we’ll have to pay to replace. They sell faulty fireplaces with very short warrantees and way way overcharge on services when they break. I regret doing business with them.

We have two gas fireplaces in our home and were having a lot of issues with the one in our Great Room. Our HVAC guys recommended this company and I'm so glad they did! Carliz, their technician, was spectacular. He diagnosed the problem with the fireplace within 5 minutes of being in our home. He completely rearranged the log display, cleaned both fireplaces, and checked the inflow pressures on both to ensure our safety. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Both fireplaces look and operate better now than when we purchased our home 5 years ago. Thank you Carliz! Highly recommend!

I spent 40k on a propane fireplace that after 6 months still doesn’t work. Service is horrible. I do not recommend
