'Client Service' is not their strong suit. The expectations for their service contract aims high, but the delivery of said service is not in line with standard customer services from any other in-home service contractor. They ask you to do their job; in order to know when they are coming, you have to call and find out what time they decided for you. Don't be surprised when they tell you that their service tech will arrive and your 'window' will be from 2-8pm. Just like cable TV technicians, who promise service and then make you run after them or wait hours at home to get it. This has been the case for at least 5 years. Please choose wisely, you can't change companies for service as this is a "closed" system with installation and services tied together forever.

Jake from Architectural Fireplaces of New England persistently calls me every week and leaves a voicemail. I have no idea how he got my name and phone number, if someone doesn't answer your call or call you back after you left 5 voicemails, give up! Stop calling me.
