  Aqua Rec and their team replaced our wood burning stove for a propane option. Although we did run into some installtion issues, that had nothing to do with them or their team, we overcame some hurdles and had everything installed to our satisfaction. One of the issues we have, is it that prior to install, we explained that we wanted wide-ranging options to program timing and temperature. We were informed that the 4 options that we were introduced to, would be able to handle our needs and wants. Apparently our selected unit would not be able to fulfill the precise timing selections we were looking for and we became aware of this AFTER our unit was installed. We were extremely pleased with Kyle and his demeanor when he came out to inspect our home prior to install and felt extremely comfortable with giving him our business and had a sense of respect and trust. But it was discomforting to realize that our sish list was not going to be able to be met prior to us signing a contract. I'm a big fan of communication and transparency.

  We chose this company because of the knowledgeable salesman! Shout out to Chris Urban in the Bonney Lake store. He was helpful. He was very knowledgeable. He was very great to work with. We found a better price for the stove we wanted and he matched our price. We were so happy that we could do business with this company. The installers came within a week of ordering they were here on time. They were pleasant, respectful, and I enjoyed speaking to them while they were here. They answered all of our questions showed us how our new pellet stove worked. Their cleanup was excellent. I would highly recommend these folks. Their prices and customer service was top-notch.   I’ve gotten nothing but awesome product and service from this store. The people are so friendly and helpful. Yesterday, RJ & David did a fabulous job installing my new electric fireplace. They were helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. I would recommend them & this Aqua Rec’s store to anyone.

His actions, and those of everyone else on your team, ensured I will definitely call on Aqua Rec to replace this fireplace when the time comes.
