  I had an amazing experience at Aqua Quip Issaquah! Jake is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for customers. I inherited a hot tub from the previous homeowner (originally purchased here), and I had absolutely zero experience with maintenance or operation. Jake patiently walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me build a solid understanding of how to properly maintain the tub. He always explains the why, gives practical recommendations, and makes sure I get the most value within my budget. Thanks to his guidance, my old hot tub is now running beautifully! This store genuinely cares about customers, I highly recommend Aqua Quip Issaquah!

  It's important to recognize good customer service in any industry and our experience with Jake was as good as it gets. My wife and I were looking for a fireplace insert and dropped in near closing and met Jake. He talked us through a few options and actually stopped by the house the following day to take a look and see what we could do. Unfortunately, we were unable to do a wood insert but he did show us some great choices for gas. We are pretty set on a wood burning option so we ultimately passed up on doing anything. If we do, we are looking up Jake and Aqua Quip. It's not very common you get customer service that good anymore and Jake is great.

  Purchased an I2500 Regency wood insert and the experience was fantastic. Worked with Jake at the Issaquah location to determine which stove would fit our needs, install was scheduled quickly after purchasing. Just had our first burn today! 10/10!

  Jake and the staff helped us pick out a great tub at a great price. Landed on the Sundance 780 series, Jake helped answer ALL of our questions. Aqua Quip has been great at staying in touch via email/phone during our order. The store location in Issaquah has an assortment of hot tubs which can help you decide the size of tub you need. They also have a service team which helps with maintenance and repairs.
