Nightmare / all I recieved was a photo of the electric panel the size of a half dollar . They didn’t inform us that we had to switch it from 220v to 120v. When we bought it. And they said it would cost us $300 dollars for delivery, In the Manuel it states that- delivery is Free. The conversion from 220 v to 120v was never explained , when bought it ! I spent 11 hours rewiring and trying to get the panels off and rewiring the conversion. After multiple phone calls the lights didn’t work and all I it got was 52 degrees Fahrenheit after running it for 6 hrs. Also the panels were screwed into the body of the Hot Tub when the delivery guys screwed on the cover latches . I didn’t realize that this was reason the panels wouldn’t come off .

We purchased a jacuzzi tub from Aqua Quip in November 2024. Delivery went great until our electrician blew a fuse on our control panel. Aqua Quip was great with offering us support and we were up and running in just a couple days. Fast forward a couple months it was time to drain our tub for the first time and my husband couldn’t find the drain hose. The aqua quip staff was able to FaceTime us and get a tech on the FaceTime call to help right away! The support we have had on this journey as a new hot tub owner has been easy thanks to Aqua Quip!

Do not use Aqua Quip pool repair service! It took almost 5 months for them to diagnose & repair the exhaust fan for my pool. Numerous calls to ask for them to speed it up and even offered to pay for overtime were ignored. The repair man Pete was friendly & did a good job but the office was no help in getting repair for done. I will NEVER use Aqua Quip repair again.
