Aqua Leisure is our go to for all of our pool and spa needs. All of the staff are amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to teach and explain. We take our water for weekly testing and because of their guidance our water stays crystal clear all season long.

Store was very clean and neat . Everything was easily accessible. Mrs Debby , one of the managers was very polite. She knows her stuff and I would recommend if you have any questions to go specifically to her... on the other hand , Alexis , one of the employees is very rude. She does not know how to say excuse me when someone is trying to get vital information. She needs to be retrained on customer service . She is the only reason this review did not get 5 stars . Prices are a tab bit expensive but don’t be fooled they do have a clearance shelf !

We had a liner installed. We had spot where the liner sagged. They came out and fixed it. They did a great job. Than we had bubbles in the liner and now we can’t get them to come back out to take care of this problem. My wife has called twice and than I called. They told me today to call back Monday. I shouldn’t have to call you back. You should call me first thing Monday and tell me your schedule. Poor service.

I was given the total over the phone for repairs and paid the amount given then after the repair was done I got a bill in the mail stating I owed more money. When I called to find out why no one had a clear answer for me. If you use them be sure you are paying the right amount.
