  Not impressed. Asked questions that the staff member could not answer. Took our name and number and promised to find the answers and would call us so that we could make the correct purchase. A week went by and we stopped in again. Still no answers to our questions. Promised again to find the answers, so we went elsewhere and made our purchase, which was a substantial amount of money. Your loss, but perhaps you have enough business that it didn't matter. However, when we need additional service and/or product, we'll go out of our way to use another store.

  Stopped in to ask about a glass door for our fireplace. Text pics and measurements. The lady in the store said the sales person would call us back later that day. It's been 2 weeks.

  I had my fireplace foa little over a year & the fan blower went out. I contacted the business & they said that I would have to come get the part & put it in myself? My girlfriend called & called & they said that they didn't have the manpower to come fix it? Then the part had come in to find out that it hadn't? We have continually called & no one will answer or call me back when we leave a voice mail? This stove is still under warranty & my girlfriend told them that it wasn't my place to come get the part or install it myself? She has

  I originally posted a review based upon our first impression of walking into the showroom and left comments about my disappointment on how the facility was difficult to get around and access especially for those who may have disabilities. However the owner and staff have proven to be very customer service oriented and accommodating! We are now in the process of building g our new home and they have helped tremendously offering suggestions and guidance with product and installation recommendations! They've been very prompt and organized and right on top of things through this entire process ... while the showroom did showcase tons of product I do still hope they'll consider a bit better layout to make it more accessible to clients of all abilities to access. But customer service and workmanship have been spot on do far! Hope to have more photos of the final results soon! Can't say enough about this owner!

  I had a slight issue with my logs and needed them serviced. They put me on the service schedule and when I had to cancel last minute, they followed up on their own and were very friendly and accommodating. On top of that they came out on Christmas Eve Eve and had the problem resolved very quickly. Very pleasant customer service experience, which is hard to come by these days
