Terrible experience with this company even after new ownership. I bought a pellet stove from this company. Called made sure it was in stock and said I was coming to buy it driving almost 2hrs to pick it up. I get there and no one was willing to get it ready to take after telling them I’m coming to buy it. Causing now 1 wasted trip. Now fast forward to it getting ready to install and realize they didn’t include the power cord. I email them and they call and wanted me to drive back there to pick it up for free or pay $20 for them to ship something they forgot to do. The excuse because it’s a new company and policy. Keep in mind I bought this less than 2 weeks ago. Discussed my experience on phone and it seemed like it was talking to someone who just didn’t care. Very disappointed and will also contact Harman on my poor experience with this retailer. Can’t support smaller business when you are treated this way.

DO NOT PURCHASE LIGHT FIXTURES FROM THIS COMPANY! They are overpriced and the quality is the SAME if not worse than AMAZON OR WAYFAIR! They say you're better off ordering from them because you'll have a person to support you if there's an issue. I had an issue the lights came with missing parts and they were unable to get the parts to me overnight, after they told me that was the sole benefit of working with them. All they wanted to do was argue about a potential work around when I spend $1200 on 3 light fixtures. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE! Even AMAZON would have refunded you for lights without all the parts. They would not even give me a partial credit for sending lights without all the pieces. The customer service is THE WORST I've ever dealt with. This company tries to make their mistake your problem. Please order from anywhere else if you want to keep your sanity.

There is a lot to see in this store! The only purchase we have made so far from Angerstein’s is a gorgeous Modern Flames electric fireplace. They have a great selection and they provided us with excellent customer service.

Bought over 1,000 sq ft of EPHenry pavers here. There were a few bumps along the way but nothing that they couldnt fix or make right. I would buy from them again. Also appreciated the estimating and advice for a DIY patio/walkway from Chris and Scott

Friendly helpful staff. In fact when multiple customers showed up while we were in the fireplace/lighting show room a quick call for more staff had all customers receiving first class attention. They had good selection of gas and electric fireplace. And while the staff was attentive, answering questions easily, they also allowed us to just browse.
