I recently visited the Anderson Masonry store in Kalispell to look into a replacement log set for our natural gas fireplace installed by the contractor approximately 18 years ago. The young lady that helped me asked what was wrong and I explained that I had seen fireplaces that looked much better than mine. She suggested that I have their service tech look at it and after an hour of cleaning and log replacement over the proper glass wool and pebbles and a cost of $169.00 we have a beautiful fireplace that we love. They saved us almost $2,000. That is why I will ALWAYS reccommend Anderson's Masonry.

Overall, a very good experience. Best selection in town and knowledgeable staff. My only issue was being sold a vent kit that had many parts when I only needed two. I was able to purchase what I needed and return the large kit (which they took back without any hassle). Overall, highly recommend.

Although I did not get a notification of any kind that my fireplace had arrived, but more importantly the installer was at my gate, Ben the installer did a great job with every aspect of the install and the aftermath, cleaning any mess that was left and just overall great service from him, really do appreciate it. Maybe work on that phone call thing, but overall they got the job done, and faster then I thought. Thanks everyone.

10 + years now...... This is a honest business holding true through the times. Over the years I've been in for sand blasting media, thermal couplers, and pool supplies. Always not knowing what i was doing, acting like I did. Always educated and helped by there staff. I highly recommend. They have helped me educate myself! ***********!
