On Friday, 8/22/25, one of their trucks crossed a double yellow line to fly by me on a narrow road in a residential area, almost hitting oncoming traffic. Do not use this contractor, they can’t be trusted with your safety.

I have been rescheduled 3 times in one week. Each time, I’ve been given a window of 12-5 PM. I took off work for all of these cases. On the first scheduled appt from 12-5 I received a call from the technician at 5:46 to reschedule to 4 days later. Well it’s 4 days later and they sent a junior technician that had no idea how to complete the job so now I’m rescheduled again. This company is very unprofessional and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. Find a different professional company unless you want to be jerked around. What a complete joke.

In July 2025, after a bad experience with another shop, I had Anderson (Marysville) come out and diagnose a problem with an intermittent pilot light on our gas fireplace. Casey determined it to be an issue with an incorrect roof vent. A new vent was installed the following week. Now that it's heating season we are using the fireplace and it has been working great. They came when they said, quickly diagnosed the issue, and were very professional. Thanks!
