Showed us in-stock and custom options, and we walked out with everything we needed at great prices, no waiting for custom orders. Truly refreshing and stress-free. Mike and Tony helped us with a Mendota fireplace this year. They are knowledgeable and straight forward with planning and pricing. I noticed other reviews stating the staff was rude, however I found that they sprinkle in some humor and perhaps it is being misunderstood. The pandemic came with a lot of difficulties, so a bit of facetious humor, for me, kept it light. Ultimately, I'm glad I chose to work with them and am satisfied with my fireplace. Plus, our dog loves it too.

Needed new burner for gas grill. Acme Stove only had in Fairfax, I live in Bethesda. Mike, on his own time, delivered it to me after work. Unbelievable service. I’ll be grilling again tomorrow night. Thanks again. 5 stars all the way.

Very negative service both in the show room as well as during installation. Do not plan to purchase from them in the future.
