  I needed a propane fireplace logs set up to convert my wood fireplace to gas, bought the set pictured.. staff was very helpful and their showroom is beautiful. High-end material and quality, everything you need for a fireplace or an outdoor patio. Huge showroom, Google Maps has some nice pictures of the inside of the store.

  I can't say enough positive things about New England Patio & Hearth! This family-owned business was such a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. We absolutely love our 13' umbrella that we purchased and look forward to many years of entertaining and enjoyment!

  We were quite pleased with the deck furniture that we got here so decided to give them a shot at our new fireplace screen. We found one that we liked and Kurt told us that exact measurements were essential in getting this right. He asked if he could come out this very afternoon to do that. We were pleased. Little did we know that he would have to remove our current screen to do it properly! That being done he put it all back together so we might use it until the new screen arrived. We learned that it would be custom made to our specifications and would take a month. The new screen arrived, Kurt showed up once again and spent another hour taking out the old screen and installing the new one. He even mixed a soap and water solution to clean the brick which was soiled by our old screen! We are now pleased with both our patio furniture as well as our brand new custom made fireplace screen. 5 stars indeed!!

  We purchased a patio set with extra chair in 2022. When I went to take the covers off to wash, the inserts on some were practically falling apart! When spring came to put the covers back on even more of the inserts were falling apart and we barely got the covers back on. When I returned to the store this fall, I was told they could do nothing for me as the covers were not suppose to come off at all!! How is that possible, I asked, when I have a dog and the covers get dirty. I was never told at the time of purchase that the covers were not meant to come off and if I had known I would have never purchased this set. It had zippers so why wouldn’t I take them off to wash?! I do it all the time and have been doing it for years! I received a call from the store and Kurt assured me he wanted to make it right. I told him I was willing to meet him halfway as well. That was almost 2 months ago, I have not heard anything and I have called twice with no return call. Obviously he was not good on his word. I will NEVER purchase another item from them. We spent a lot of $$ on this set and I’m now left with either replacing the cushions or trying to fix the ones I have now. They don’t stand by their products and have no regard for good business. They lost a VERY good customer. I’ve purchased many things from them and this was my last.

  If you're looking for outdoor furniture you have to stop in this place. The selection is massive. They have everything from cast aluminum tables to poly tables to hardwood tables as well as Fabrics you can choose from for your pillows and seating and umbrellas. Anything needed for an outdoor patio set can be found here. The person who waited on us was great. He answered all our questions without being pushy. Definitely worth the trip.
