Very professional and knowledgeable. I went from 2 non working fireplaces to two beautiful ones. Im in love with my gas fireplaces and they warm up my house quickly as my furnace was also broken. Best way to test out yiur new fireplaces is a cold winter day with no heat. I was shocked at how quickly my house went from 55 degrees to 67. The staff [ John, Johnny and the pretty lady..sorry forgot her name] has been wonderful, answering all my questions. Juan patiently explained how to operate my fireplaces after they finished my install. Several people recommended them to me. I didn't even shop elsewhere because of all of these recommendations and I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Clearly the cat does too.

We had a great experience with American Home & Energy Products from start to finish. We had our 30 year old gas insert replaced with a Regency gas insert. The team was knowledgeable and professional. Jon measured precisely. Josh & Alex did the new install ( removed the rusty galvanized topper on chimney and replaced with stainless steel; removed old insert and installed a very efficient insert). They had a few snags but they kept us in the loop and were persistent and made everything PERFECT. We couldn't be happier!!

From my experience I highly recommend this group. I had my wood burning fireplace turned into a gas fireplace and the whole process was extremely well planned in professional. I chose my fireplace from their shop, they sent an estimate which I accepted, 3 weeks later my fireplace was installed and I'm just thrilled with it! Great group of people to work with!
