They have a good selection of gas, electric, and wood burning fireplaces here. We were looking for a wood burning fireplace and Jerry helped us narrow down our options. He informed us of the pros and cons of each brand and allowed us to choose our own instead of pushing us towards a certain brand. Installation was professional and took all necessary measures to make sure all combustible material were properly shielded. After the completion of our house, Jerry returned and walked us through operating the fireplace and trouble shooting. Extremely pleased with the service and product we received.

How this company stays in business is a mystery to me. Never ever would I recommend this business! Three weeks ago sent a email to them wanting to replace a ventless fireplace with a vented fireplace. The auto response was someone would contact me within two days. After 3 days I called and spoke to someone who said that she was about to call me (yea right) she said that the technician was out but would call me later that day. Well two days later no call so once again I called and she handed the call off to a man that said he would get out by the end of the week and would call. Nothing, not a call. This company has wasted my time and I should have read the previous reviews. So much for trying to support a local business. Terrible company.

From start to finish of our new fireplace, Tami and Jerry were not only pleasant and knowledgeable but over-the-top helpful. We had a couple of issues, none were their fault. But they worked with us until everything was resolved. Their customer service is extraordinary. Our fireplace is beautiful.

They could car less if your there or not! My wife and I walked in today, went and looked at everything in there with the sales person sitting at a table. Not once did anyone come up and ask if they could help us? Keep doing what your doing you don'e need customers:)

They never call you back to set up an appointment to come out and give estimate. I've been in there twice, called 3 times and left my number everytime, still no call back. I wanted to keep my business local but I guess I'll have to go to knoxville
