I’m mostly impressed with the fact that, even though they accidentally screwed through a wall into our master shower tile, they actually took responsibility for it and had the tile fixed properly. As sad as it is, people doing the right thing is rare these days… Or at least it has been throughout a lot of our house building process. The reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because we had them install a gas wood stove and always wanted the pipe to go straight up, but came to the house one day and it’s sticking out the side wall instead. Looks kind of weird and I’m bummed, but we will deal with it. I just feel like that’s something we should have been asked. It could have been our contractors fault, though.

Terrible service top to bottom. Had been dealing with them for months. Always had to continue to make contact with them. They want you pay before the service is complete. Never heard of such a thing. Their service department is a joke. Odd that I contacted this company in late January/early February and my service still isn’t complete. Never disclosed or got approval for a $375 service call when they finally showed up in late May. Had made least 5 other calls (maybe more) not including the first time. Nothing but excuses. Diagnosed the problem for an $85 part, but then wants another $375 to install. None of this was disclosed or discussed. Then they have the audacity to put a google review on my business as I’m the bad guy here. Learn proper customer service skills!!! Also odd you responded faster to a bad google review than all the calls I’ve made over the last few months.

We had American Fireplace replace our existing fireplace with a gas fireplace. Eric and Travis were great to work with. Travis and his crew did an excellent job of installing the new fireplace . Protected the areas around the fireplace, left the room clean, and explained the operation of the new fireplace. Eric responded to all questions and our concerns promptly. Would highly recommend American Fireplace Company.

We along with several others are not satisfied with the service we have received by Travis and his associate. They sold us a faulty stove and refused to make it right. Basically told Vicki there not going to give us our money back and that we were stuck with it.. (REALLY) WOW.. This is what Professional and Highest Quality Service is for there Customers. I will Never recommend them to anyone.. We paid $5000. for a yard anchor. Thank You American Fireplace for another DisSatified customer..
