The most amazing customer service! Just had a very non-routine return issue and they solved it for me with no problem. I don't actually have a firepit; I bought lava rocks for a photo shoot so I can't speak to the actual rocks' performance, but truly great customer service (from Chris!) Every company should have customer service like this.

We got a linear fire pit for our BBQ area. Product looks amazing. Had a small issue with the pilot light but Chris in customer service got us handled. Customer service Rep’s answered every question I had and when I called for confirmation and tracking everything was provided in detail.
