American Professional Chimney did a fantastic rebuild of my chimney from the roofline up. They might not be able to match your bricks exactly if your house is old like mine, but they came pretty doggone close. They arrived on time, got the scaffolding up (which isn’t needed for all chimney jobs), protected the ongoing work with a tarp, and they worked diligently. The work was done about 3 years prior to me writing this review and it has held up very nicely with no problems at all.

I had two projects-one concerning a home I just bought. They were very good in telling me what could be fixed, what had to be fixed and what could be fixed but did not make economic sense to do so. Very professional in their advice. Showed up on time and completed work on time On the home I was selling I needed to have some minor chimney work done in order to close. Local chimney companies were either too booked or non-responsive. Just to help me out these guys traveled two hours to do a small project for me. Great customer service .

I had a great experience with Stefan the owner of American professional chimney and masonry. The company recently installed a fireplace insert in my family room. It replaced an old gas fireplace that was directly venting into the house (?!). The installation was done smoothly and efficiently. I even received $500 off the final price because a change in the design saved on materials. Great owner and company.

I reached out and contacted American Professional Chimney and Masonry after another company gave me an extremely over priced cost for replacement of an ignition system for my basement gas fireplace. The technician for the first company clicked on the starter several times and then magically came up with a replacement cost of $1800. When I reached out to Professional Chimney and Masonry, the technician came with equipment and completed a full diagnostic test. Using testing equipment, the technician also determined that I needed a new ignition system. However, the replacement cost was 1/3 of what the first company was planning to charge. The day my system was installed, the technician was timely and very professional. I would recommend American Professional Chimney and Masonry to anyone looking for honest professional service.
