Last year I googled a window company near me to get a quote for windows for my home. They sent a gentleman out to my house to give me a quote for windows. I chose this company to install $12,000 worth of windows on my home. The installation of the windows was horrible. If you look at the pictures below, you can see where the windows are pulling away from the wall. At the time of installation, I was very unhappy with the work they were doing. For the gaps around the windows before they caulked they stuffed paper towels to fill in the gaps. Then tried to use clear caulking. The installer never came back to correct the problem. They now refuse to correct the problem because they say the installer was not part of their company. What?!? I called your company you sent this person out to me. Please know that if you want to purchase windows from this company, you need to find your own installer. Proceed with caution! I can not recommend.

We recommend your company to a Client. He point out you had few current reviews. So please allow me to tell everyone this company is awesome. We have replaced window not in just one home, but in 4 different homes. We have installed our own windows purchased from ameratex as well has have them install for us. We have been purchasing window from them since back in the 90’s as well as recently as summer of 2024. The quality of the windows is superb. If you are needing window I would recommend ameratex highly.

Great QUOTE,,,,I get my own installers....at least this company allows you to purchase from them without the installation criteria...all the companies that sales window usually WON'T SELL W/O INSTALLATION... for me I'm grateful for their terms.

Just got replacement windows from Ameratex. Steve made the process very easy from quote to finish. The installers were courteous and friendly. We would recommend hands down to anyone needing windows.
