I purchased a high end pellet stove from them approximately 5 years ago. They now say they can no longer get parts. I got the parts. Then they said if the parts are not made by the manufacturer they cannot help with the repair. Not even help with a phone troubleshoot. The reality is Amanda’s fireplace does not service the equipment they sell and will offer any excuse imaginable to avoid having to. You might as well buy your equipment online for a fraction of the price as this company does not live up to its promises. The only reason anyone would buy from them is in hopes they would service the equipment when it malfunctions. THEY DO NOT. And you would be wise to Bring your business elsewhere.

Great customer service. Great prices. I drove over an hour to shop here. Anna was very responsive to emails and kept in touch with me while I waited for my order (Empire 2300 wood stove insert) to be ready. Highly recommend.

Amanda's service tech showed up on time, fixed my gas stove and got us up and running for the weekend. He gave me a report on what the issue was and how he corrected it. Great feedback! We chose Amanda's Fireplace when we purchased our gas stove because of the respect and patience showed us. I am very happy with every experience I've had. Thank you.

It's clearly busy season, and i had to wait a couple of days for a return call after i left my message, but Amanda's did get back to me (on a Saturday, that's how busy they are). The service technician came and did an incredibly thorough job, and took the time to not just perform a complete service my pellet stove, but explain proper maintenance and all the details. Again, it's busy season and I am sure they are dealing with emergencies, so i was ok with having to wait a few weeks to get services. I'll definitely use them and when time to replace my stove, will go to Amanda's.
