Alpine Climate was my first call when I needed someone to look at my living room gas fireplace. Through their dispatcher, I was quickly made aware of and scheduled a visit by a technician the following day. Austin arrived as scheduled and through quick diligent diagnosis he found that the gas valve for the fireplace was bad. He made arrangements to order a new one as the shop didn’t have a replacement readily available. The following week it was replaced in quick fashion with the rest of the system tested for functionality. Pricing for labor and parts was clear and concise. The weren’t the cheapest in town, however the job was done when I needed done.

Alpine let me know in plenty of time that Blake would be late. They offered to reschedule but it worked for us to wait and have it done later in the day. Blake did a very thorough job and explained what he did and why. He answered my questions, was courteous and cleaned up when the job was done. Alpine is excellent to work with.
