We had Alpha & Omega out to check on a gas insert fireplace that had been running fine for decades before finally failing to light. Tre was our tech, and he did a great job diagnosing and fixing our fireplace. He also was incredibly respectful of our home, keeping everything tidy and clean. Fireplace works great again.

I think Shawn did a great job. Very thorough. I was very happy that a young man took his job so seriously. However the work was performed efficiently. He took videos. AFTER HE CLEANED THE CHIMNEY. Shawn stated our chimney is dangerous and do not have a fire in it it needs extensive repairs or a $12000 chimney insert. Outrageous! I believe I would not have wasted close to $400 dollars had the inspection happened before the cleaning. I get it. By doing it this way they get the $400 dollars. I’m miffed. Whatever. Buyer beware. Seems like a grift. I would not recommend Alpha and Omega. This has nothing to do with the technician Shawn.

I hired Alpha & Omega Services to clean my dryer vent. They went to the roof and cleared out a bunch of lint. I paid the bill of $279 for 20 minutes of work. The invoice said, "Comprehensive cleaning of a fully or partially enclosed venting system from the dryer’s transition pipe to the first-, second-, or rooftop termination cap. This service includes a camera inspection of the venting system to identify blockages, damage, or improper installation. Cleaning removes lint and debris buildup, restoring safe airflow and reducing fire risk." They never entered the house to see the dryer. There was no camera inspection. They never looked at the dryer's transition pipe. Since the dryer still doesn't work properly, I'm not sure they accomplished their task.

George and trè did an outstanding job servicing my fireplace. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They left everything spotless and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Nate and Trey cam out to my house to clean and inspect my chimney. They were kind and professional, taking off their shoes each time they left and entered the house. They were quick and made this process super easy. The price was reasonable and the response with pictures for the city was sent in minutes of their completion. I would recommend this company to anyone!
