  Had never heard of these guys which always makes me hesitate to make a purchase. My expectations were exceeded! First, there website was super helpful as I was looking for fireplace parts I knew little about. It led me to the right parts for my model when I was finding nothing anywhere else. The shipping was lightning quick - again exceeded my expectations as I placed two orders right before and right after Thanksgiving(but that's when my fireplace crapped out). Despite it being the most hectic time for online shopping both my orders got to me in just 2 days. Was not expecting them nearly so fast. Their communication is also over the top excellence. Emails were sent every step of the way. I appreciate the service Allparts provides. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

  I was able to find the right gas valve for my appliance. The price for the item was as expected and shipping charges were normal. The items were packaged and protected well from shipping damage. Communication was on point. The item was shipped the next day and received on time. I will have no hesitation in buying from Allparts again.

  If I could give 10 stars, I would. All parts equipment and accessories Inc. is a great company to do business with. I was given bad information from the manufacturer of my pressure, washer and ordered a part that was not needed. The return was very smooth. Full credit was given minus the shipping which Is understandable. They have a very knowledgeable staff. They went over my pressure washer with me and recommended parts that would be needed. I Ordered the correct parts shipping was very fast. Packaging was great now my pressure washer is back up and running thanks to all parts equipment and accessories.

  After I ordered a SIT820mV propane gas valve (from Amazon) I realized that the Thermocouple fitting was wrong. I shopped around locally at several fireplace shops, but they were only interested to upsell me their service department. I was like: dude ..I have the picture of the original valve and tc/pilot assembly, so just sell me the part..but to no appeal. So disappointed and back at home I came across All Parts. I looked at their website, and called. I received great service, and the technician verified that the new valve I was about to buy would be correct one. Thank you…I installed the valve, hooked up the thermocouple and pilot light assy, and it worked instantly. Great service! And thank you for not wanting to sell me a service call for $400 and then some. With the time you took you earned my business.

  I have ordered parts for my gas pressure washer twice now from Allparts and have been so impressed with their knowledge and ability to determine the problem by asking the right questions and then providing the parts information I needed. They consistently provide superlative customer service in an age when that is rapidly disappearing. Well done Allparts!
