Had chimney damage due to squirrels - holes in mortar, cap, liner, nest in pipe to furnace. Alliance came right out and gave a thorough inspection before quoting a price. Price was reasonable, realistic. Chuck, the owner, was great to work with. And a real thank you to the guy who did the estimate and repairs, Michael. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.
