  An absolutely outstanding company, techician and staff Amber and Coutney were great when scheduling my service appointment and following up the same day as well. MJ was my technician and boy does he do a fantastic job and knows his fireplaces. He was respectful and explained everything he was doing to my fireplace. Frankly, I have never seen my fireplace so clean inside and the outside vent. MJ painted the inside and made it pop and look like a new fireplace. The flame is gorgeous.I will be back every year with All Valley Fireplace. I highly highly recommend this company and their technician, MJ. Thank you Thank you and Thank you. ~Janell Hall

  Our tech was MJ. . .cannot say enough good things about our experience. MJ was professional, personable, efficient and conveyed a warm and personal caring demeanor. Important but not always the way it goes when you invite a stranger into your home. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided a resolution: cleaned adjusted and tested the fireplace in less than 45 minutes. We are very satisfied and highly recommend MJ and All Valley Fireplace.

  Our 2013 installed gas fireplace went kaput after the flames started jumping up and down….eventually the fireplace wouldn’t ignite and there was no spark at the igniter at all. Since this was beyond my DIY’r level of experience, I reached out to All Valley Fireplace to schedule a service call after seeing all the five star reviews. Since it is their busy season I was scheduled a couple weeks out but all good things are worth the wait. During the arrival window I received a text that the service person was on their way and about five minutes later they arrived. Mike, the service tech, was very courteous, polite and professional. I explained all the trouble shooting I had done and he quickly and correctly diagnosed our issue as a faulty control module. Unfortunately he didn’t have the part in his van but they had some in stock in the shop and he assured me that he wouldn’t go home for the day until the job was completed. After giving the fireplace a thorough cleaning and refreshing the rocks and embers, Mike returned a short time later and installed the new module. All in all it was a very pleasant experience with All Valley Fireplace and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future if the need arises.

  All Valley Fireplace has serviced our gas fireplace for two years and have done an excellent job. This year we had MJ perform the service. He was friendly, professional and efficient and showed up within the scheduled window. Office staff (Bailey) was very helpful in scheduling the appointment including sending an email reminder. We’re very happy with their service and pricing which is much less than many other companies in the area. Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend All Valley Fireplace for any repairs or installs you may need. I had a FP installed 3 years ago that has never worked correctly. My contractor could not figure it out. It was a huge disappointment and very frustrating. I called All Valley Fireplace who came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. The technician was extremely professional and polite. He even cleaned the glass! Thank you All Valley Fireplace!
