I would give 10 stars if I could. Juan came out and fixed and serviced all three of my fireplaces, no issue. On time, fair pricing, and wonderful customer service. I was quoted astronomical prices from two other companies. Will recommend and continue to use.

Ridiculous place. Service non-existent. Purchased an insert in 2018, began calling for service in 2021. Needs repair every year because apparently if it gets wet, the wires degrade (quickly). It's an outdoor fireplace, but oh well I made my peace with that. Forget getting their repair person on the phone! Hard in 2021, harder in 2022. Apparently it's just ONE guy who takes repair issues. Took me over a month in 2023 to get a response. In 2024, I started trying in April 2024 and still - in November 2024 - their repair person will not call me back. No idea how many messages, more than 10. Sometimes the poor receptionist acknowledges the repair guy is in the room, but then after a brief hold has to transfer me to the "repair line", where a message is left. Constantly. There are lots of fireplace companies. Save your money, time and heart ache and choose a place that will show up. I'm not asking for anything free! I just want service, which apparently they are allergic to.

They close at 5, called ahead of time that we will be arriving at 5:30, they agreed and all of a sudden further down traffic because traffic is terrible at the 5 freeway they call making a excuse saying they can't stay. Why say yes knowing traffic is horrible then rank out. That's why we called ahead of time because of that reason. And in the end arrival time was 5:10 couldn't even wait ten minutes. Pathetic.
