The owner and technicians were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. They did an excellent job assessing my fireplace, troubleshooting the issue, and offering clear, realistic solutions with expectations that made sense. No fluff, just honest and expert advice. The in-store staff were also fantastic. I know I must have asked at least a thousand questions (ADHD in full force!), but they handled it all with patience, humor, and grace. I picked up a great Primo Large kamado grill from here. The shape of it makes it a much better choice than the big green egg and the price point was a tremendous value. If you are looking for one of the best kamado grills you can buy, get a primo grill from All Pro. It’s the only one made in the USA!
