So the gas fireplace my GC installed didn’t come with any way to actually control it - turns out those are sold separately. So I bought an intelliflame remote from All Basics that I was happily surprised was actually in stock. Fast forward my wife and I decide we want a WiFi controller instead and they exchanged it no hassle. Excellent customer service everyone! Thanks so much!!!

What a great company! Super knowledgeable, great selection, very fair pricing and a meticulous installation. They visited my house first, confirmed measurements and planned how the existing propane line would need to be modified slightly. On the install day, they arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and carefully. They took the time to move the existing propane line, put a fresh cut on the line, and install all new fittings. Awesome job and love the Escape Fireplace!

UPDATE AS OF DECEMBER 2025 THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK. I don't know what happened to the once was good service but BEWARE. UPDATE AS OF OCTOBER 2025, THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT THE WARRANTY ON THE NEW STOVE THAT I PURCHASED FOR THEM. BE CAREFUL I have all basic clean my pellet stove since 2014. They have done a great job.the cost has been $200-225. This year I was told that the cleaning would be $400. I asked why because this is a new stove that I purchased from them and was told everything is going up. From $200-225 to $400 in one year when the stove is brand new? I stopped by the store to speak with the owner. She was not there yet , so the employee asked if they could help. I explained that I have receipts from 2014 to 2024 and explained that I was quoted 400. One employee accused me not telling the truth about pricing and the other repeatedly argued with me even though I had receipts. I have been told by other pellet stove companies that they have heard the same problems from other customers. Bad service, wouldn’t repair pellet stove after customers bought the stove from them.
