Love our new Hearthstone Castleton! The crew is so amazing. The office lady Denise is so warm, kind, and welcoming, and Daniel and Sam are so professional and knowdgeable. They did an amazing job installing the stove in our house. They will give you a 5% discount if you make an entire payment in advance (so helpful). We will highly recommend them!

Just buy online or at the fireplace store this place can't even give you correct change. Incorrectly trained employee. Huge time waste. Charge me 20$ to restock 1 four ft section of pipe

Don't waste your time with them like I did, they don't answer the phone and are never open. I showed up 4 times and 3 of the times they were closed during normal business hours. I went in to buy a stove and they said we'll have the one you want in a week. Now over two weeks later nothing. I finally got ahold of them and they said we don't know where it is or when it'll be here. That was enough for me and left to homer.

Although short staffed and very busy, these guys have really good customer service. Two times in the last month and a half they’ve given me exceptional service. Call them before you go as they may be away from the office.
