Rose in the homer office worked with both my husband and I in a quick stress free manner. She and my husband picked out a Toyotomi laser 60AT knowing that it would fit our home and family needs. She considered our space, the functions, and looks. Rose understood the assignment and got one shipped over right away. She worked with us financially by pointing us to the right direction on getting quickly qualified for a low monthly payment plan from a lender. Knowing there were options out there made the purchase more realistic and less stressful. We had installed our unit ourselves and she made sure we had everything we needed to make that happen it. I highly recommend going in and check out what they have to offer from recommendations on Heating solutions to financing ,Rose made sure our family would be set for the upcoming winter.

Completely unhappy with Rose and her customer service after the sale. Do not buy your stovepipe and Chimney piping from this store. You can buy the stuff from spernards for half price. When I brought this to her attention I was told that I was wrong for complaining and sent me a nasty email. Also said that if I want to return any of my pipe that there would be a 20 percent restocking fee at the full price not the discounted price I was sold at. I paid a lot of money for our stove and then to get gouged double the price of down the street, was a complete slap in the face but then the Nasty email maid me write this review. Definitely poor customer service and care.

Rose was super helpful on the office end, and Dakota the tech was AWESOME. At this point i would never use any other company! So grateful! Would recommend to anyone!

Today we had our chimney cleaned by Tyler, of Alaska Fire and Flue. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. And friendly! I am very satisfied with this service!

They didn't show up for the appointment we had set, no call, won't answer their phone and voice mail is full. Called over 7 times and a weeks time. Not the way to run a business. Do better y'all, Homer needs you.
