I understand companies are busy. It is really bad business to say you are going to call to schedule an appointment and then never do. I called in 3 times was told 3 times that they would call back to schedule an appointment. If you are too busy to schedule appointments don't jerk people around and just say you are too busy. it's pretty simple

I was ready to get rid of the above ground pool. I couldn't keep the green water under control. It's been 5 years since they recommended a sand filter and a non-chlorine system which I installed. My pool is always sparkling clear since then.

Lied to me about cost of stove pipes. Gave me a quote of putting in a wood stove 7 times more than any other licensed contractor. I had 5 other quotes. It pays to shop around. Not impressed with inflated prices.
