Had Advantage quote me a a fireplace insert to help cut back on the propane bills. Justin connected us with a Pacific Energy Super LE. Staff was friendly, kept things clean. When we had a missing part, they did everything they could to get the part as quickly as they could. Very happy with this unit, so far it runs like a dream. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Advantage Fireplace Center in Columbus Indiana. We bought a wood stove from them and the installation experience in one of the best I have encountered. They had a crew of three which were all very friendly and courteous. They paid attention to detail and and went the extra mile to make sure our existing vent pipe met current standards, making sure our floors were protected, and even started the stove to ensure everything was working properly. They instructed us on how to properly season the stove and answered all of our questions. Their attentiveness, personal approach, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. When they left, they felt like friends that we have known for a long time.

After visiting every fireplace store within 30 miles of Greenwood, we chose Advantage Fireplace Center to replace our direct vent fireplace. Jason guided us through the dilemma of choosing the best fireplace for our needs. He worked with us every step of the way through installation. He and Ray installed the unit. Advantage couldn’t have been a better choice. We were beyond amazed with the quality, efficiency, and price. To be honest, we thought their prices were too low once we got the finished product. From the initial encounter/assessment, we were sold especially after meeting with other contractors and fireplace stores. The heat and glo fireplace is phenomenal. The ideas that Justin had in conforming a blank wall into a fireplace masterpiece exceeded all of our expectations. Hunter and Win were extremely nice, professional and did great work. Running a gas line into our house went so smoothly using Justin and his team. We will definitely be adding another fireplace to our house and we’ll never go with anyone else.
