My family and I LOVE our new Osburn Straford II Fireplace! Josh & Owen were so professional with the installation; they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their combined knowledge and experience of 30 (+) years definitely shows in their craftsmanship. Jen, was a joy to work with! She was extremely friendly and her knowledge and communication was key in ordering all the parts and pieces needed to get the job done. She scheduled us two days before Christmas; Josh and Owen finished around noon on the 23rd. Absolutely AMAZING! We are currently conducting our first three "break-in" burns and everything is working beautifully. Thank you all so much! We have already referred them and we won't hesitate to contact them for future projects. If anyone is looking for a "handyman" Josh and Jen's son (Owen) has his own business (Adirondack Handyman); we look forward to working with him as well on additional future projects. We had problems starting our gas logs and called for service. The technician himself was very professional, experienced and found that a part was bad and needed to be replaced. He did not have one readily available on his truck so the part was ordered and he returned to install it. We were then charged for two service calls to the tune of $314 in addition to the cost of the part. This was one service, one issue and because he needed to come twice: once to diagnosis and once to replace the part, we were charged for two calls. Outrageous!

Super friendly and helpful! My wife and I just moved into a new house with a pellet stove that was having some issues. The owners helped me troubleshoot the issue and printed me off a full owners manual. We'll definitely be back for future business!

I live in North Carolina and I purchased my pellet stove from Adirondack hearth and home 15 years ago. Whenever I have questions or concerns about my stove they are always helpful and talk through with me over the phone what to look for and send me what I might need. Recently my stove was not working properly and Josh FaceTimed with me to search out what was going on. I really appreciate Josh and everyone at Adirondack hearth and home for the awesome service they provide even when I’m 700 miles away.
