  Although I didn't get a chance to go into the store and view products, I was very impressed with the company's website and the display of their products. When I called and left a message at the company, Emily returned my call that day and got me the information that I needed on the product. The cost was within my budget and although I ended up not purchasing the product because my contractor and I decided to repair the area back to the way it was instead of changing it, I have to say that Acme Brick Tile& Stone and Emily was very helpful and kept me informed.

  The staff here are wonderful! Dodie is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about tile selections. Mark has always been helpful with brick selections as well ensuring our clients have the best idea of the options for them.

  A fiasco all around. Sales people knew nothing about the product- stone. I had to contact the company directly to get answers and assistance. Ordered wire mesh, sand and mortar- insistant on the amounts they told me which were MORE THAN DOUBLE what was needed. Anyone need sand for a beach in their yard? Absolutelu a horrible place to do business- a shame as they do carry great products.

  We were sold Shaw floors Acme Brick in Birmingham, Alabama - in fact when our original selection was backordered, Acme told us we were getting an "upgrade" in Shaw because of the "lifetime warranty" and how durable they were, WHAT A JOKE. These floors are a disaster!!! After less than a year they began peeling and splitting...now after only 4 years they look HORRIBLE and we are going to have to replace before reselling our home. Just looking at it now puts me in a bad mood - it makes our otherwise nice home look so shabby. Reassured by the warranty, we filed a claim. After MONTHS of no response, I finally got from Acme, an inspector from Shaw came out to view. He told me personally he wouldn't be happy with this floor if he were the homeowner, but yet, Shaw is passing the buck and saying the damage must be because of how it was installed. Meanwhile, our floor gets more and more worn with every day, looking worse and worse. We are going to have to figure out a solution before we resell our house, which let me remind you is only 4 years old! I have received no apology from Acme or Shaw. Shaw floors is a cheap product with poor customer service and dishonest claims. STAY AWAY. It's unfortunate Acme not only carries such a product but pushes it on customers, wielding false claims.

  Stopped by Acme Brick in Pelham AL to ask questions about a project I have. The helpfulness and politeness of the staff, particularly Hal and John, was true southern business hospitality. What a nice bunch to do business with.
