Eric and the staff were very knowledgeable and helped us find what we were looking for. They have a great selection to choose from.

I would not do business with this company!!! Their salesman Todd Raines over measured our siding by approximately 30% overage of measurements for our house. I paid in full prior to delivery! The overage cost I believe is in excess of $3500! When I contacted him about the unreasonable overage of material he said he would get back in touch in a couple of days, but of course he didn’t! He didn’t come out to verify what was left, so I sent him photos of the material. When I finally got in touch with him over a week later he stated he assumed they over delivered on the siding so my good fortune of excess material 😉. I asked for an invoice from the distribution center to Acme Brick to verify his “assumption” which he then stated he didn’t know for sure if that’s what happened (of course verified facts can get in the way of his assumptions). In addition, he stated the company who did the siding agreed with his measurements (another unverified statement). Obviously if Acme Brick has folks working for them that can’t count accurately and over deliver product that wasn’t paid for then they probably won’t be in business much longer! I would be wary of doing business there in the future!

Came looking for an obsolete brick and easy answer would have been no Parker Cox went out of his way to look in the yard and found a comparable match. That’s what I call good service.

Be very careful working with Acme. If they make a mistake they are not going to help you, they expect you to deal with it and they expect you to pay any extra expenses that their mistake may cause. Very unusual business practices. Just make sure you know exactly what you need and exactly how much you need. If you have a hunch that something with your order may not be correct, then make sure you diligently look into it. If something goes wrong and you do not get exactly what you ordered or you did not get enough material, it does not matter if it was their mistake or not, you will pay the price. They are not going to jump through hoops to help you and make things right. They are nice people to a certain extent, the customer service is definitely not their thing.

Whoever the front desk sales lady is, was so hateful and had the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. She was very rude, unprofessional and did not care to help me. Emailed the manager and got no response either. We are actually not going to use them even though they partner with our builder. We will be getting brick from another place. Be a nice human. It’s not hard.
