  I had an outstanding experience at Acme Brick here in the beautiful town of Maumelle! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Ms. Tere and Jay were knowledgeable, patient with me, and GENUINELY interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain product options, answer all my questions, and even helped compare samples to make sure I made the right choice. It’s rare these days to find a team so friendly, professional, and committed to great service. Acme Brick made the whole process easy and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience working with Tere at Acme Brick. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me in finding the perfect tile for my backsplash.   Unfortunately the experience has not been what I had hoped for. Our rep Kevin has been good and tried his best to my knowledge but we’ve been waiting on brick for a while. Over a month for some to be exact. They have given us delivery dates and not once have been on time yet and we’ve had brick layers waiting on them to bring brick. Now they have had brick in the yard for a month and still not got it delivered to our job. Each time I have asked why we didn’t get our delivery on time they have said the same thing. “They’ve had a truck broke down”. Now they’ve given another delivery date to be there this week, Wednesday. When you pay in advance and pay thousands of dollars for a product you would think you would get better customer service than we have.
