  I was looking for some brick veneer and went to the Joplin, MO store. The store manager, Josh Wilson, was of enormous help and knowledge of the pros and cons of various types and styles of bricks. He helped me narrow my choices down and we ordered some samples that will be relevant to the job. He proactively, without me asking, offered valuable advice and I appreciated the excellent service he provided. I'm very happy with Josh and the Joplin store.

  horrible customer service. basically was a sure customer, just had to pick out color of brick and move on because our house was basically built. first off the ladies inside were useless. basically referenced the website to pick out anything. then when I finally got a salesman. he basically ghosted me. went in after not getting return calls to the office again with wife..upon entering ladies up front were rude again and said he was in his office. noticed he was on a phone call so we waited. once he hung up I entered his office only to have him stare at me then make another phone call and look the other direction. me and the wife left and I told the contractor i don't care if I have brick or not I would not do business with this company.

  Poor customer service. When we entered the store the clerk was speaking to someone via video call or speakerphone and announced that she needed to get off the phone due to customers walking in, then didn’t acknowledge our presence in the store until I walked directly by the desk and made eye contact with her. Never asked if we could be assisted in any way. Another employee later came out in sweat pants; neither could answer any of our questions. We decided even if a product was offered we liked, it would not be a business we would be comfortable conducting business with.

  Very poor customer service. We ordered tile and they did not follow up with us to let us know when it was in. We had to call multiple times to get information on a delivery date. When it came in, they then couldn't find the grout we paid for. We ended up having to find grout somewhere else and the reimbursement for the ordered grout wasn't pleasant either.
