  Great place easy to get in easy to get out. it was pretty quick. They load me less than an hour. A little pickup truck will escort you to your dock. Better go with the pick up truck or you will get stuck with no turn around. They’re not restricted, truck friendly and Overall it is pretty awesome.👍

  Alla the drivers check your load they load you83000lbs if you pickup 22 pallets of bricks.lots of time I picked up the 19 pallets or 20 pallets but if you take 21 or 22 pallets it mean your over weight

  Ok the loader was awesome. But the lady at the shipping office now that's a different story. So I come in there and I said good morning as I normally do when I walk into a place. I put on a big smile. I started speaking after she said good morning to tell her what the broker told me to tell her which is what I needed blah blah blah so on and so forth and she stopped me and she said all she needed was the pick-up number so I gave it to her. After about 10 minutes of standing there I decided to give her the rest of the information that the broker told me to tell her. After I told her the information she said oh I wish I would have known that at the start because I wasted my time. I said well I didn't know that I was allowed to speak. So anyway she handed me my paperwork. I went out to my truck, looked at the bill of lading and it said 40 9140 lb. well I can't haul that much weight. I called the broker and she adjusted the weight. So I went back inside and she said oh well that's what I had the first time was 25 not 26 cubes I said well I'm just telling you what the broker told me to tell you. my feeling is that she wasn't having a very good day at least that's what I'm going to chalk it up too because I was having a great day and I was happy when I met her and then I wasn't very happy-go-lucky when I left her. I would hate to think that I had that kind of an impact on people when they met me. There's nothing wrong with smiling with being cheerful or happy when you meet new people. That's the way I try to be as often as I can I try to put on a smile. today is a beautiful day here in Arkansas. The sun is shining, it's cool, it's not too hot and everybody's alive so we all should be thankful for what we have rather than grumping about everything. So that's why I gave the review of okay because that is what it was it was only okay. The loader is loading me now and is doing a super job he is very fast and friendly. I hope I get to come back here again and maybe it'll be different
