  Almost 5 years ago, I talked to and got estimates from 5 companies about wood burning inserts. I went with Ace of Diamonds and was very pleased with the whole experience and have been loving the product. This year, I noticed that although everything seemed to be working properly, I did not feel like I was getting as much heat, I reached out to Ace of Diamonds 5 years later and I cannot say enough about HOW WONDERFUL they were. They contacted the company that manufactures the fan which took 4 daily calls and lots of hold time for them to speak to someone at that manufacturing company. When I spoke to the owner of Ace of Diamonds on the phone, he explained everything to me about what to try, where the issues might be and gave me excellent suggestions that I am certain will work. Do not turn the blower up as high according to the blower manufacturer and the wood I am burning is too moist. These suggestions will fix the problem and cost me nothing. The owner wanted to be sure I understood everything, that I felt like the problem was properly diagnosed and asked me to please let him know if the issue was resolved and meant it. A company certainly gets credit for being great during the sale and installation but for being excellent 5 years later A++! I wish every company was like this! They are a pleasure to deal with, they are expert in what they do and they are committed to ensuring their customers are totally satisfied! I must note that he did not ask me to write a review but I believe in expressing gratitude and I am grateful! Thank you to Ace of Diamonds! I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

  We had a fantastic experience with Ace of Diamonds. From the initial consultation to the installation, their team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. Ted was especially helpful--knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process feel seamless. The install was done quickly, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Everyone we interacted with--from sales to the techs--was kind, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work. We couldn't recommend them more!

  We really did our research on chimney companies before contacting Ace of Diamonds - a lot of the other local companies seem to have tons of fake (outsourced? farmed?) 5 star reviews (so watch out). Anyway- the owner, Ted was great. The guys that came out for our liner installation were nice even in this hot weather. Everyone seemed knowledgable and patient with all of our questions. Thanks!

  Ace of Diamonds did a great job from start to finish. They gave me and explained (with recommendations) of options, explained the process, communicated it every step of the way and were very friendly, cleanly and knowledgeable. They replaced an old propane fireplace with a new one. Ted was great in the beginning and kept communication through out. Dave, Dave & Rob were the team assigned throughout the job and were fantastic with getting everything insulated/sealed, up to code, new unit in, explaining and showing how to use it. Would recommend to anyone needing a new unit or service!
