I had an issue with my gas fireplace—it wasn’t turning on correctly and the wall around it was getting extremely hot. Ace Fireplace sent out a serviceman who did an outstanding job. He took his time thoroughly cleaning the unit, washed the glass until it looked brand new, and added fresh embers. The fireplace now works perfectly, and the flame has a beautiful glow. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and he arrived exactly on time. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Ace Construction!

We needed our fireplace burner and logs replaced. We worked with Carly at ACE to look at the options. We took our time to research and Carly was very helpful providing data so we can make an informed decision. Glenn arrived on time and installed the new burner and logs. We like our new install a lot and plan to spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace with family. I had walked in while Glenn was finishing the install and saw him looking at flames to see if they were done right. I would have done the same if I had installed it myself. Small example of attention to detail and work. Highly recommend ACE!

We had serious problems with our fireplace. Ace team came as scheduled on time and spent quality time figuring out solutions and options to provide trying not to replace the entire thing at a high cost. Ultimately, they figured the right guts to replace and did a VERY CLEAN AND EFFICIENT job. we were very happy to have contractors come and do the job right and done. excellent excellent work. we are now using our fireplace daily. Thank you Ace. AMAZING work

Mike got our 30 year old Heatilator working again and looking like new!! Thank you, Mike!! Customer friendly people from start to finish. We would definitely hire Ace again for other work.
