Had a pilot difficulty on our fireplace. Ron the technical services guys called me - attempted to walk me through trouble shooting - because of his knowledge he r connived he'd need to make a service call to repair our unit. 20 minutes later he is in our grate room diagnosing and repairing the problem. Great service, great knowledge very satisfied. mike

I purchased a Jotul Direct Vent freestanding gas stove from Accent and worked with Jake in sales and Nate was the installer. Completely satisfied with the entire transaction for start to finish. Jake knows his products and helped me in my decision as to which gas stove would be correct for my home and needs. Correspondence was timely and informative. And Nate did a superb job on the install. He is very careful and his extensive experience in installing shows. Both Jake and Nate coordinated my request for a specific install date. Great price, service, and follow-up. I highly recommend Accent Stove and Spa.

We bought a floor model propane stove, it came with the full warranty it should compliment our living area well, the log kits removed ready to bring home and install. Ron has come out and addressed some issues for us, good group of people.

The technician, Ron, knew immediately what needed done and fixed it all and cleaned up the stove and work area completely. On top of that, I just happen to like the guy. It was a pleasure to have him here. I am more than happy with Accent home fireplace and spas. I will now use them for routine cleaning and inspectionand if I ever need a new fireplace, insert I will definitely call on them.
