Continue to use Big Green Egg bought here in 2011. ABSCO carries replacement parts and lots of other great stuff. Register your Big Green Egg for warranty replacement parts. Then ask store to get Hunter Hall (independent contractor) to do initial installation and any repairs. Not that expensive. Great guy.

I work at a local Ace hardware in Florida and had a customer that needed warranty claim done for his Big Green Egg. Called up there at the store on Hwy 280 and asked if by chance they had kept records since it was a pre 2016 egg. Ben looked up the customers name and there it popped up! Now I will say this I’ll probably never shop there since I live in Florida, but their customer service is TOP NOTch!
