Scheduled this appointment with W several weeks ago, confirmed the appointment again on Nov 19, confirmed it again with Jason around 7:15 am today. Jason said if your scheduledwe will be there. He also told me that they do not open til 9:00 am and that there is a 1 hr window for arrival. My appointment was at 9:00 am @ 10:00 they had not arrived. I contacted William around 10:15 only to be told, Oops he's not even coming your direction . W said he would contact the service person, whom was Jason the person I spoke to this morning, and would call me right back. 45 minutes later still no call from ABDB. This is very poor customer service to include a waste of my precious time. My attempt to support this business failed. I will not try again. I could have already had my fireplace serviced if they were not trying to be greedy and over book themselves. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !
