I was having issues with my fireplace and called A Your Town Chimney and they came out within 24 hours. Colby came out and fixed my problem and was in and out in less that an hour. They put down drop cloths to protect the work area, cleaned the fireplace and the front glass. A++++ company! I highly recommend using them for all your fireplace needs.

I have been using A Your Town Chimney since 2020 for chimney sweeps. Always such wonderful customer service. This year (Aug 2025) I had them tear down an old chimney, install a much safer chimney and a brand new Regency wood burning stove! Absolutely amazing job! Dan, Colby and Marsha are wonderful to work with and I absolutely love the new stove! I highly recommend A Your Town Chimney!

Very disappointed. Wanted our chimney inspected to find out why the fumes and some smoke was coming in the house. Told us what he said the problem was. Couldn’t or I should say wouldn’t give us an estimate and we were told to call back in April. Meanwhile he pushed us on an insert ( 8K plus taxes ) and or a propane insert. We don’t have propane 🙄 I got frustrated and told him we had already made our decision and that we didn’t want or need an insert. I called another company, they came out the next day, told us what was wrong and it’s only costing us $950.00 they are coming out tomorrow and will have it done in 3hrs. It irritates me when people can’t just be transparent and tell us it’s not worth their time. I will never recommend this company! Cynthia

After calling numerous places with no luck on an appointment within the month plus- this place got me in within 2 weeks and fixed my gas fireplace. They are quick to respond and friendly. Colby came out and repaired the issue and left my glass sparkling clean. He was helpful, knowledgeable and communicative from the appointment arrival time to advice on the fireplace. It's great to support a local- small owned business, I wished their company would've had shown up before the others on my google search. Will definitely recommend them for all your fireplace needs.

If you have a gas fireplace that needs repair or cleaning, A Your Town Chimney is the one to call. Get a quote from them first. They sent Colby and Cadan out and they had it fixed in no time. Another company gave a high quote for something that didn't need fixed.
