Very good company for a set of fireplace doors. The doors did not fit but it was because the fireplace brick work from 1990s interfered with the door, not this company's door design. A return was done and was no problem. This is a good company and I would recommend them to someone else or use them again in the future. Thanks again.

I purchased a replacement fireplace panel from this company for a decent price. They answered all my questions quickly and fully. Shipping was fast for my purchase. After watching the provided video on how to cut the new fireplace brick, I was able to cut the new panel with ease. I marked the new panel with a sharpee using the old panel as a template. I then used a $15 metal diamond-studded circular saw blade from the local hardware store to cut. It was surprisingly easy! Thanks to A Plus Inc, I've been enjoying my once-broken fire place once ever since! Due to their great customer service, fast shipping, and full support of their products, I would highly recommend this great company to anyone who needs fireplace supplies! Two thumbs up!

I used A Plus, Inc to redo all my gutter with install on my home, however, the installation was done incorrectly in which both ends where the downspouts are located have a higher pitch. Therefore when it rains all the water goes to middle of the gutter with the overflow running behind the gutter and onto fascia boards and soffits. I have been dealing with them for well over a month to have them fix to the issues but to no avail. The worst part is when I called the office and tried getting the office mangers name they refused to provide it. I finally got a name, Virginia Ballard, which I have left numerous messages but no returns. Do Not Use A Plus, Inc for your home needs as they do not stand behind their work that is at best a shoddy job.

I represent a chimney company located in New Jersey, and I've been looking for a specific fireplace part for quite a while. I haven't even ordered or purchased the part bc I haven't formulated the work proposal for my client yet. However, A Plus Inc already has my business - Tru Watson went out of her way to gather information for me that wasn't provided on their website. She was courteous and professional, and I am very appreciative of such outstanding qualities in service and customer relations. Definitely the right way to be a positive representation.
