  Dana and some other guy showed up and installed my woodburner. They were bickering at eachother all day but trying to keep it quiet, If I weren't there it would have been a full on screaming match. They didn't tell me anything about my unit they took the money and ran. Ive called numerous times with questions and spoke to someone that told me they can't answer the questions and that dana would call back. Never happened. I see a lot of positive reviews on here which is great. Im glad they did a great job on your house. I must of been more of a sacrificial lamb 😆 by that I mean a job where they didn't care how they did and just used it take out frustration. I am Distancing my self from this company as they have showed me they don't care and if they reach out now it'll only be because of this review. I won't trust what they tell me moving forward. I am Disgusted!

  My husband and I were so impressed by Dana, his knowledge and his professionalism. It had been a year since our gas fireplace worked. We had several folks out to look at it and it wasn’t until a visit to Dana’s store Fireplaces and More that we knew we found the right guy. We highly recommend him!!

  We contacted Dana about having a wood burning stove installed in our home. He came out and went over the options with us. We chose the one we liked, and the team came out and installed it in one day. They even arrived early! It was installed a little over a month ago. We had a issue arise. I called and left a message. Dana immediately called me back and said he could come out within 2 days. The team came out and fixed the issue. We appreciate the timeliness and the regard they had for the safety of our family.

  I ordered my father a grill cover and when I went to pick it up, the incorrect grill cover was ordered. I knew that the grill cover was too big once I got in my car and looked at the picture on the package, therefore, I went back into the store and explained to the gentleman this the incorrect grill cover was ordered. When I attempted to show him a picture of my father's grill he was very rude and said, I already know what grill it is, therefore, you don't need to show me a picture. Needless to say, he ordered me a new grill cover, therefore, hopefully this will be the correct one. He never refunded me the money for the incorrect grill cover and informed me that when I pick up the correct one he will adjust the difference. This is not the way you run a business! I will never ever shop at this store again! I also found out that this is NOT the store my father bought his grill at, therefore, in the future, I will shop at that store, not this one!

  They guys showed up early! Were very polite. Mindful of covering my carpet in front of the fireplaces. They were efficient and did a great job! Very knowledgeable.
