They really did a fantastic job. I had an old prefab fireplace from the mid '80s that probably should have been replaced 10 years ago. What I have now is the focal point of the house. A new cozy warm room, for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Their crew was super friendly and very professional. Simply the best stone work. Made everything right - no more drafts. I wouldn't think twice to have them do other work on my house if I could! I've had it installed for a few months now, still super happy with the job they did. We talk about it every time we light it up.

Perfect experience. These folks are very knowledgeable about. Fireplaces. I needed custom fit doors and Fritz came out and measured and showed us samples. About 4weeks later the doors arrived and were installed and look great. In between I went to the store and asked about re-arranging my gas logs for a better look and they were happy to help with that too. Very happy with the product and service.

My wife and I found A Cozy Fireplace while looking to upgrade our gas log fireplace set. I highly recommend A Cozy Fireplace. Russ and Fritz were both extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. They were more interested in finding out what we needed and wanted and offering the best solutions than in trying to sell us something specific. Their prices for the products and installation were the best we found. You can shop around if you want, but the customer support, expertise and pricing here are all outstanding. Our entire experience was exceptional!
