My 20 year old gas fireplace stopped working right before Thanksgiving so I decided to buy a brand new one. I called multiple companies and most quoted me over $2500 and said they couldn’t come out until after the new year. I even hired someone to come out from a different nearby company to give me a quote and they couldn’t figure out how to fix or replace the system. I walked into Cozy Fireplace last week and they immediately made me feel better. They showed me around the showroom and made sure I knew which one was best for my home. They ordered it same day and as soon as it came in, they called to schedule it. It was installed today and I couldn’t be happier. Do not call some random fireplace people online or Thumb Tack. Stop in and support a local, honest business.

I love fireplaces. I decided to look around this store while I was waiting for the train to arrive. However, the worker was beyond rude. Once I kindly informed him I was simply looking. I proceed to walk around the store. Beautiful products. Open door with a bathroom sign RIGHT OUT IN THE LOBBY, yet I politely ask to use it. I was told no because I wasn't buying anything therefore I couldn't use it. Even told me to walk to CVS where I could afford to buy something! Avoid this store!!!!!!! I am no coward. I waited for the officer at CVS just like I told you I would. When he showed up, we spoke at length. I explained the situation. I had a friendly conversation with the officer, in which he saw not only am I no criminal but I am also a veteran our great country, he took all my info. And in point of fact, he agreed with me that between the choices of urinating on myself or finding the most privacy I could in such case of emergency, I made the right decision, as anyone would have in that scenario. Thank you for allowing me to relieve myself.

Drive 40 min 1 way and arrived right after store opened and had a sign be back in 15 min. We waited a bit then called and left message and waited an additional 15 min. We decided to get food while waiting for a call back and 2 hours later still no word. Was hoping to buy 2 wood burning Lopi large inserts and have installed. Instead I wasted my Saturday morning and gas for a place that’s not open and leaves you to believe they will be back wasting more time. Complete disrespect of others time. Why leave a sign saying be back in 15 min but 2 hours later still not there.

Rich and staff were very helpful. They explained all the differences in gas logs to me and the various price points. Rich himself installed the unit for me and I'm very happy with how it turned out
