We made the decision to switch from a gas fireplace to an electric. At the suggestion of Kelly, we shopped fireplace shops and secured quotes. Cozy Fireplace came in with the lowest estimate. We were managing all aspects of the project and Leo (the contractor), worked within the schedule, keeping us on time. Want to give a special shout out to Leo, who did an exceptional job framing and installing the fireplace. Overall, it was a great experience with a Cozy Fireplace. (Attaching photos, still needs mantle)

I bought and they installed a gas insert several years ago and have had several issues with it. Their service sucks and they definitly do not have coustmer service/satifaction as a goal and they are rude. I will never deal with them again and I would recommend anyone looking for a fireplace look elsewhere.

Stay away from this company! I called about my remote on my gas fireplace. I was told by Kelly that it was something they could come out and fix with an immediate service call, or else I could come in and he would explain it to me. I tried to decipher if this might be something beyond my ability to fix, so I asked if this would be too complicated for me to come in. He immediately tried to get me off the phone by repeatedly saying, "Ma'am, Ma'am, I have customers here!" I reminded him that I was also a customer whose call he took and who was about to spend $250 on a service call he quoted. I ended up choosing to go in for the tutorial. I arrived 5 min later, as I was in the area. He sat at his desk with his back to me for a few minutes before he pretended not to remember me. He then showed me how to fix it by condescendingly telling me to put new batteries in. I told him I had done so already. He then informed me I had to put batteries also in another box in the fireplace (which was new to me) and to press a button and it would work. That was the tutorial that was too difficult to relay over the phone and was worthy of a $250 service call?! After he spoke so rudely to me I indicated that he treated me rudely and he said "I never had anyone complain about a $250 service call, so we are even." Never did I complain about the service call! He tried to scam me into a service call for a battery fix, and his condescending customer service toward women in particular was disgusting. Avoid this business.

I do NOT recommend this Company. I called for a simple estimate on a fireplace rebuild. The free estimates are over the phone I came to find out. A quality contractor comes out to the project and puts together a true cost estimate. This company is too stingy to send someone out and put together a proper estimate. The over the phone estimate was $8000, sure that had real thought behind it. And Greg's condescending attitude was delightful. I'm glad I fired him before I hired him.

Kelly helped us in store and came to do the setup a week later. No issues along the way. Had a great experience. Kelly gave tons of useful information and allowed input for the setup. I'm shocked to see the other reviews. I would recommend.
